Rocla’s secure signal / equipment shelters have been used by Transnet and the South African Railways (SAR) to provide custom-designed precast concrete security units to house equipment that is required to control signaling units. The units are placed alongside the railway lines next to signal units. Each unit is cast in one complete structure with a cast-in-base and thick high strength walls, making it virtually impenetrable.
